libtcl8.5-dbg software package provides Symbol files for libtcl8.5, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtcl8.5-dbg
libtcl8.5-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtcl8.5-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtcl8.5-dbg *
